With the growing emphasis on lean manufacturing and semi-automated production, it is important to have workcells that are flexible enough to accommodate the rapidly changing demands of today's manufacturing environment.
mk Conveyor Workstations
Conveyor Workstation Systems provide cost-effective, high-efficiency workflow systems throughout your entire production stream, between automatic machines and in operations including:
Available with supplied conveyor or easily integrated with the conveyor of your choice, mk Conveyor Workstation's full adjustability and ergonomic design features reduce strain, fatigue and workplace injuries, while providing a highly productive working environment.
Whether your application calls for a pallet, belt, roller, or another type of conveyor, it can be integrated with our modular workstation system. You can also combine conveyors with ball transfer tables when working with pallets or heavy objects in sub-assembly or box build operations.
Why are mk conveyor workstation the solution of choice?

Material transfer workstations
Material transfer workstations, sometimes known as ball transfer workstations, may utilize fixed or pop up balls, roller inserts, or insert wheels embedded in a worksurface to aid in the ergonomic handling or transfer of a work product. They can be used on a stand-alone workstation, between workstations, or between workstations and transport carts or conveyors.
Generally less expensive and more task-specific than conveyors, material transfer worksurfaces are typically designed around the products that will be built or manipulated on the workstation.
Considerations when designing a material transfer worksurface for your application include:
